Here is where you have the opportunity to ensure you have a financial approval, have a professional home inspection conducted, and thoroughly examine the home you're purchasing.
REMOVE SUBJECTS
If all your checks and balances work out, it's time to finalize your decision and remove your subject conditions.
CLOSE ON PROPERTY
On your Completion Date, your mortgage will begin. On your Possession Date, you get the keys to your new property! The Adjustments Date lands on the same date as your Possession Date, and is the date that all costs are officially partitioned between the seller and yourself (property taxes, strata fees, etc.)
OBTAIN YOUR NEW KEYS!
Ten steps later and your new property will be awaiting your arrival to turn it into home.
